We hope you love every item from Fox Beauty Treats, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened items.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide a photo of the Shipping Packaging [i.e. USPS | UPS Box] & Item with your notification email. A Return Label will be provided to return Damaged, Defective or Incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of any damage or issues.
- All return requests must be approved first by our team before the item is sent back.

Packaging Your Return:
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original shipping materials if possible. Items received in poor condition due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We suggest using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, you will receive email confirmation and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
